The ECO Resource Centre is a unique collection of grass-roots environmental and conservation-related material.

The Centre’s resources include:
over 300 periodicals and newsletters from New Zealand and overseas over 1000 reports, over 40 maps, a small but pertinent collection of environmental books and directories, as well as videos, kits, and vertical file material.

ECO’s collection spans a broad range of topics which are of relevance to environmental and conservation groups, and to interested members of the public. Subject areas range from climate change to environment and development to human settlements. The collection is classified and entered into a computer database for easier and more precise access.
Environmental groups and members of the public are welcome to browse the shelves or to borrow material from the Resource Centre for up to two weeks at a time. The Centre is open from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.
